First, I'll show you step by step how you can create an AI story animation. And then I'll show you my methods for brainstorming and the tool I'm actually using for this.
Okay, let's get started. The tool we use is Meta AI. It's a next generation AI platform from Meta and it's perfect for creative storytellers like us. It can generate images and videos from text or an image. It's available in dozens of countries, but not every feature is live everywhere yet, and some regions like Europe may have restricted access. Let me know in the comments if it's available for you. Okay, let's jump into step one, creating our main characters. You can use Meta AI chat for all the prompts you want. Here you can create images from text or an image. Choose the aspect ratio and these settings like variety that makes each image more unique. Stylization controls the art style and weirdness adds those unusual features.
Okay, now I'm just typing my character. Tim Burton style horror comedy character with huge expressive eyes. And that's the results. I usually try a few times. And here he is. This is our spindly boy and our baron.
Okay, now for the next step, we use Nano Banana through the Gemini platform. I create all the scenes by just describing it. That's so simple. I'm just quickly generating all seven scenes.
First, our spindly boy is alone in a rainy alley. Then, the toad baron appears, tempting him with a gold coin. Our boy hesitates, but he takes it. Suddenly, he's in a huge hall full of food. And when he tries to leave, the door is locked and the coin turns to dust. And finally, the boy is alone and trapped in the hall. Now, we're back in Meta AI to put it all together and animate.
All you do is upload the images that you created in the last step. You can just click animate and leave the prompt empty. Or for more control, just use a simple description of what you want to see in the video. I created all those scenes simply.
I don't use any specific prompts. Just describe what I want. And most of them, I let the AI animate the image without any prompts. And that's it. You have all your animated clips. Just drop them in a free editor, add sound, and your AI story is done.
I am so excited to show you this. This is my actual brainstorming method. That's helped me a lot. The tool I'm actually using for this is called Comet. Comet is an AI browser assistant that instantly searches the web, automates workflows, and manages tasks. It's super smart because it's powered by all the advanced models like GPT4, Gemini, and Metal Lama. So, it's perfect for any online task. Now, I'm going to show you how we can use it.
Okay. So, after you've installed Comet, you open Meta AI inside that browser. And from up top, you click on assistant. Now you just type the whole workflow in. For this example, first I ask it to go to chat and get an idea for a surreal video.
Then I tell it to ask for a full prompt for that image. And then I tell it to animate those images. And you'll see it's completely handsoff.
First, you'll watch comet chat directly with Meta AI to get an idea. And without me doing anything, comet automatically tells Meta AI to write a full image prompt for that idea.
Then it automatically pastes that prompt to create the images and animate one of them. You see the power, right? With this method, you can easily interact with AI and automate and design and even learn new workflows. And look, here are the results.
